あらすじ
1956年、北海上空を、核兵器が保管されているベントウォーターズ基地に向かって飛んでいる物体が発見された。2機のベノム戦闘機が飛行物体とコンタクトを取るが、武器と電気システムが故障してしまった。陸上任務クルーやレーダー基地もこの出来事を目撃していた。1980年の12月、レンドルシャム近くのNATO／RAF基地に駐屯していたイギリスとアメリカの軍人達は謎の飛行物体を目撃。アメリカ空軍チャールズ･ホルト大佐が残した、事件の一部始終を語ったテープが残されている。

In 1956, an object was detected over the North Sea heading toward Bentwaters RAF base--a base with nuclear weapons. Two Venom fighters made contact with the object, but their weapons and electrical systems were rendered useless. Both ground crew and base radar witnessed the event. In January 1980, British and American soldiers stationed at NATO/RAF bases near Rendlesham Forest observed a mysterious object in the sky.
